Objective 8:

Function as a professional, collaborative, and supportive team member in implementing agency mission and functions.

As a student intern, I am functioning as a professional member of a team at a social service agency working with caregivers of relative children. I am able to work independently, but many times I work as member of a collaborative team of staff on projects. I have also developed and led client groups of various ages in this agency. I have uploaded a chart that I created for presentation at staff meeting to show the results of client satisfaction surveys.
