Throughout my experience in the UTC Social Work Program, I have had many opportunities for reflection and self-assessment. I have taken these opportunities  to learn  more about myself - my strengths and my weaknesses, to evaluate my progress,  and to reflect on my personal transitions throughout this process. One such opportunity I have had was through an online discussion board in Senior Seminar class. The discussion board was opened for students to post their thoughts about their own leadership styles, especially within the student cohort.
